Heirloom New York is a Brooklyn-born project rooted in the intersection of slow-fermentation practices and an exploration of globally-sourced flavors.
We produce tea-based ferments akin to natural wine—free of alcohol always. Our small, limited batch approach allows us to experiment and discover new harmonies between fair-trade teas and a mix of organic fruits, vegetables, herbs, and botanicals. Heirloom New York aims to use a network of independent farmers and producers globally to breathe life into our ferments—yielding distinctive flavors that tell their own origin stories of provenance.
Heirloom New York is a proud Black, Filipino, and queer-owned producer driven by the belief that few things are more priceless than popping a bottle with great company. Our hope is to provide the flavor for your favorite (chosen) family traditions.
