Hope Artiste Village is pleased to host the “Hope Holiday Stroll.” We will be featuring some of our local businesses, as well as various vendors and artists throughout our hallways. The event will be held on Saturday December 11th 10:00am-2:00pm @ 1005 Main Street Pawtucket RI 02860. Set up will begin @ 9:00am and tear down can start on or before 2:00pm.

We have limited electrical outlets. If you need to be plugged in, there will be an additional $5 charge to your space. There is no WIFI access in our hallways.

Our local tenants will be open at 10:00 am, so as guest vendors, please do not block anyone’s door. Screens, or any other type of marketing displays must be approved by the Hope Holiday Stroll coordinators. Signs must be placed either on or in front of your table. Nothing is permitted to be hung from windows or sprinklers. The Hope Holiday Stroll, Hope Artiste Village LLC, USG Services LLC, and Hope Springs Eternal LLC, hold the right to refuse service to any vendor/guest that does not abide by the rules and regulations governed within the building.

Vendors can load and unload in the front of our building on the 999 Main Street entrance, our center courtyard area, or via street parking at either the 1005 Main Street or 999 Main Street locations. Instructions to the building, including space numbers, will be provided once we get your information back via email, a few days prior to the start of the event.

Only exhibiting vendors accepted into the Hope Holiday Stroll, are permitted to participate. Subletting, selling, or giving space to anyone not accepted into the “Hope Holiday Stroll,” is prohibited.

All work, displays, food items must stay within the vendor’s designated spot. Assigned areas must be kept clean and clear of all debris before, during, and after the market. All vendors must bring their own tables, chairs, and bring their own employees.

Amplified music is not permitted, with the exception of entertainment, contracted by the Hope Holiday Stroll coordinators.

Sampling, eating, and drinking are permitted in our hallways. If you are unvaccinated, masks are required for customers, staff and vendors.

All food vendors must follow proper food safety time and temperature controls. No bare hand contact will be permitted while handling food. All cuts or open wounds must be covered with proper bandage and single-use gloves.

Vendors who are ill, are prohibited from handling food products and food contact surfaces. Please stay home if you feel, or are ill. Covid-19 guidelines will be followed.

All vendors must send in their payments one week prior to the scheduled event, which will be on Saturday December 11 th , 2021. We will not hold your space for you. There is no cost for the food trucks. Forms of payment accepted are personal checks, money orders, or Venmo. They must either be dropped off, or mailed out to the following address and made out to:

Space fees are non-refundable. This is an indoor event, so rain or shine, the stroll will go on, unless cancelled by the Hope Holiday Stroll coordinators. The Hope Holiday Stroll coordinators, or facilitators, are not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.

Pets are not allowed indoors during the Hope Holiday Stroll. Service animals that qualify under the American Disability Act are welcome.
